Hi Jeremy - I may have missed your email. Did you have a chance to post the worksheet. Sorry to be a pest.

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for the feedback on the interview and the session. I'm still going to post the worksheet to the blog, just need to update some code, so it works on the blog. I'll shoot you an email when it's live.

Best,
Jeremy

I really enjoyed this interview - thanks. I too was a first timer - but as a merchant my perspective is a bit different so good to read this. Also really enjoyed your session "Does Your Affiliate Program Have the Juice" - I had hoped you were going to post your affiliate evaluation form somewhere on your blog. Did you plan to do that? Did I miss it? Was a really great session. Thanks

I agree - it helps to have more than one site. I take fewer risks with important sites, and more risks with new sites, where I have less to lose..

You make some great points. You have to know where to draw the line at some point. I maintain 3 websites just for testing stuff to see what works and what will get you banned.

You also need to know what you are looking at. A lot of people in this last Google Panda update were not caught by the Panda, they were caught in the freshness update which was around the same time.

I found cheapovegas.com for some comparison shopping, this is also a lesson in affiliate marketing, they link to calendars at totalrewards.com The hotels: Harrahs, Imperial (about $200 for 3 nights, next to Flamingo), Bally's) are all short walking distance to Caesar's P). They have prices lower than priceline, but your gonna end up on a mailing list, go figure.
Oh a little tip, if you don't mind a longer walk (bring good shoes) or a short taxi ride, one of the best kept secrets is the Tuscany Casino down Flamingo Blvd, about 3/4 miles. You can get a great suite for about $100 a night, and it's detached from the casino.
Look forward to seeing you there my friend.
