I Stopped getting Google traffic today ???

One of my sites is doing well in Google for certain search terms one day and the next the site can’t be found for the same search terms. For example, I was getting traffic from Google starting 3/26/07 then it stopped 3/30/07. Traffic started again from Google on 4/13/07 and then stopped 5/3/07. My site recently earned a PR3 and was a 0 before. My pages are still indexed but I am not receiving natural traffic from Google starting today. Does anyone have an explanation?
