Integrating cloaking and keyword tracking

Hi fellow online marketers!

I applied the keyword tracking system included in apendix A and i saw Jeremy's video tutorial on link cloaking but i'm not able to combine these two pratices.

How do cloak your links and track your keywords at the same time ?
