What the heck does this mean?

I started a campaign on Adcenter last night (My first time play in Adcenter...) and so far it's not pretty...
I created the campaign last night. This morning it was approved and things were going ok. And then I received an email telling me that some keywords were rejected because dynamic insertion of those keywords led to exceeding the character limit on the ad title. I got it and logged in to try to fix those.
And guess what I found...now, ALL my keywords are rejected with the cryptic message "Exclusive word in ad text - Content guidelines". I looked around their content guideline and editorial guideline and found no help.
I don't know...but I just checked some of the keywords on msn search and my ads are still running...
this is so damn confusing. I've emailed support - lets see.

Confusing indeed. Editorial messages can be very unhelpful. All networks could improve in this area.
One quick thing to mention... When using dynamic keyword insertion in an ad (MSN only) you must ensure you write a back up ad too. MSN's DKI does not have default ad text like Yahoo and Google, but they will show a back up ad if your keyword breaks the character limits.
Back up ads are also good for other reasons ;)

Thanks Jeremy, for your reply.
I changed my, added backup ad - saw my ad and keywords approved - but ads were not showing up. I presumed there was a delay....
Guess what - now ALL my ads are rejected with similar cryptic messages.
Someone from AdCenter responded, but couldn't halp much because AdCenter was down for maintenance on sunday. He promised to research and get back to me. Lets see...
God Bless Microsoft!!!
