SID and CJ Reporting Question

I just bought the book and added the SID tracking to my campaigns. My question is what report in CJ gives me the detail on the keyword that resulted in the sale?

Thanx

Check out the "Transaction Detail" reports on the report tab.

Run Reports > Transaction Reports > Options > Report Type = Transaction Detail > Select Date Range

SID and CJ Reporting Question

How likely is it that a major merchant on CJ would have SID tracking disabled?

I've generated my first handful of leads on CJ over the past few days and I'm pretty sure I have my tracking set up correctly, but my transaction detail reports are showing up blank. No transactions whatsoever, even though there are more than 20 leads generated and reflected in my balance. Do commissions have to be confirmed before they show up in the transaction detail reports? All of the commissions so far are pending.

My first kick at the can with CJ, so please bear with me :D

Mike,

I have never had a merchant on CJ with SID tracking disabled. Are you looking at the correct report? Instead of looking at the transaction detail report you should look at the Commission Detail Report.

This is found by clicking Run Reports >> Transaction Reports >> Report Options >> Select Report Type >> Commission Detail.

Whenever I have had either a lead or a sale, the SID tracking always shows up in the Commission Detail Report.

I hope this is what you were looking for.

Thanks Jeff! I found my SIDs. I guess I should have tried every report type before posting. I was just following Jeremy's advice above, but something might have changed since he posted that.
