Turning down / off PPC between now and Christmas

This is my first season doing any serious business as a publisher, and I'm just curious - does anyone pause their campaigns between now and Christmas? Are people done shopping online for the holiday season?
CJ was telling me I had no sales in the last two days from my top 2 publishers, and so I was thinking perhaps I needed to pause some of my more expensive campaigns until Dec 26 (for example: on one ad, a dismal 158 clicks and no sales, and my conversion rates are usually 3%-5% or better). Then, suddenly, I had sales for the last two days, as if there was a delayed posting problem.
How do you know when to stop riding the Holiday Curve? Do you stop your campaigns completely, reduce bids, or just kind of pear things down and see what continues to earn after the holidays are over?

I don't pause anything during the holiday season. From my experience, if anything, sales are better. Also I wouldn't really judge from as little as 100-200 clicks. IMO to have more or less reliable statistics you need around 50 sales a day.
Here's The Answer - A CJ Alert
Performance Reporting Delay Alert
Commission Junction performance reporting has been delayed for dates after Friday, December 21st. Transaction reporting and tracking and the recording of transactions continue to be fully functional. We expect to have the issue resolved by Monday, December 31. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks - yes, I discovered that my "no sales days" were due to CJ delays, and within 8 hrs of the next morning, I had my normal daily balance and click totals showing.
