Jeremy - Same KW's Adgroups and Campaigns on Big 3?

Hi Jeremy,
Do you typically use the same keywords, adgroups (ad copy) in the same campaigns across Adwords, YSM and Adcenter?
In other words do you first create a campaign for one PPC and then if it works roll it out to all three or do you do a lot of custom modification while rolling out to other PPCs?
One specific thing comes to mind here - Yahoo has 40 character title limit. And there maybe others I haven't thought of to custom modify.
Looking for some insight here,

On some campaigns I use the same keywords, ad text, and landing page, but on others I change it to improve conversions.
For example, some keywords don't convert as well on Google as they do on Yahoo and Microsoft. In this case I'll either lower the bid or remove the keyword from Google.
Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft all attract different audiences. I recommend analyzing your conversions and logs to see what's working and what's not, and then adjusting your campaigns accordingly. If you see that a particular ad is driving a lot of traffic on MSN, but not a lot of conversions try changing it to filter the unqualified visitors.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Jeremy

Thanks again Jeremy.
I too was thinking it'd be better to customize many of the most profitable campaigns instead of just copying them stratight away even though it takes more time.
