If I am interested in promoting CJ itself, where can i find my affiliate link, if I am already a CJ member? Or how can I get this link? I have been looking everywhere, but could not find it ...

They killed their referral program last year. I'm not sure why... It seems like an affiliate network should have an affiliate program??? Maybe they wanted to cut down on the # of unqualified applications.
Azoogle and PepperJam Network have affiliate programs. I'm sure some other CPA networks do too.

And Clickbank, how does it work there? I only found this:

Not really familiar with the ClickBank program. You would think the networks would want to get the word out about their affiliate programs.
