White Label Social Networking software

Hi, I have an existing site that I want to add social networking on a directory. I am not a programmer. I am a content writer. I wanted to find out recommendations and experiences for a white label solution that is inexpensive, doesn't require a lot of technical expertise but I can still hack stuff like the html. Thanks!

For the Joomla CMS there is an excellent tool called "Community Builder". You find it here:

I have been using Ning to create social sites and I love it.
It is free, but costs $5 a month if you want to use your own domain name and $20/month to use your own ads.
If you already have a site, just create a free Ning network and link to the features you want your site visitors to use.
