A google search turned up a forum where someone asked the same thing. This was Andre's reply:

"Hey griser,

Apologies for the delay. I'll be opening it up shortly. I'll also be re-publishing the ClickBank case study I did back in Dec06/Jan07.

Just pop your head into my Andre Chaperon site in the next few days or so.

call me dumb or n00b but Clickbank seems to have small margins and like a 500:1 conversion rate. Are people really converting big on there?
