Would you promote offers that you can't track?

Hi guys,

a quick question:

Would you promote something where you can get 40% per item (i.e. $20/item) but there is no way of tracking performance other than the number of items sold?

No number of clicks, impressions, nothing.

The item is a application for mobile phones. I can get highly targeted clicks on AdWords for 0.05 - 0.10 per click. I'm running the campaign, so far no sales (around 100 clicks).

I was wondering what's your take on this. Do you run campaigns where you have no way of tracking the results?

If you can make it

If you can make it profitable in a short time - yes. If not, you won't have any analytics to help you, which is a serious handicap.
