3 important questions on this session

I see it's impossible to have all the questions answeded during the live webinar, so I'm asking Jeremy here as I need some clarification:

1. Considering "instant" traffic - what to do if Google or Yahoo or MSN hold your brand new campaigns unreviewed for 5- 7 days?

2. How much time it takes you Jeremy since starting to explore your new niche to a completed business (I mean site ready and first traffic coming in) ? a week, 2 weeks, 1 month? - this is really interesting (I understand that it may vary depending on a niche)
