Need help, Information on OUTSOURCING?

Hello all,
I run a small BPO, call center in Makati Philippines and travel back and forth California quite frequently.
Somehow I stubled upon The Black Ink Project last weekend and am quite impressed with what I am learning so far. I am a total NOOB. But heck, I am 99% confident I can really make money doing this.
An experienced friend of mine pushed me into "playing" with the whole mothersday theme and with the resources I have (i.e. web designer, content writer, seo manager), we were able to get some landing pages up in a no time! Fingers crossed. Lets see how things end up on Monday. Sorry, these agents are for my internal use only.
Anyhow, back to OUTSOURCING. That is what I do, where I spend 40-80 hours a week. Unfortunately this past week I probably only put in 30 hours on that and 100 on learning this Affilaliite marketing gig. My office currently has a capacity of 40 seats for pretty much ANYTHING a small business would need. the current campaign I have been pushing is Internet Marketing. I personally favor the organic side for a real long term plan/business. But for FUN and some income I am personally learning what Jeremy has to offer.

In relation to why you are on this site. Some of you initially will need a Web Designer so you can spend your time on other more important parts of this job. I recenlty just pulled in my own content writer as well. I recruit agents and allow my clients to conference/interview the potential candidates before they are hired on. We can have both in-house or you may allow them to work from home at a cheaper rate.
I just hired a content writer for an SEO firm here and we charge them $1400 monthly, while I have another Web Designer that is allowed to work from home and the cost is $1300 monthly. It all depends on what you want but essentially I can provide and maange the agent and they would work only for you full time.
Feel free to contact me with ANY questions. These types of services are available from others too. I admit, I am NOT the only one. Theres a lot in India, Philippines, other low labor countries. None the less, the fact is...There are some damn good people everywhere. I want to capitalize on the low-cost, high skilled labor overseas and support small business here.

P.S. Jeremy, if you read this, I am betting i am one and few actual owners of an outsourcing firm that has the time and passion to jump into this type of work "on the side." Most of the funds I intend to earn from Affialiate marketing will be reinvested in that and my company. When I hit my goal of $?, I might just give you a personal web designer for a year as a present. :)
