High Search No Competiton Keywords

Curious to know if google stops people bidding on certain keywords eg I have found a very popular high profile childrens book with a very high search but no one is bidding.. anyone explain - or should I jump in and start bidding..

Even if that's the case, if you don't place their trademark in your ad you can usually bid on the KW.
What I've heard is often the case is that nobody has been able to make a profit on these words and that's why nobody is bidding.
The only way to know is "test, test and test some more" I reckon :)
I would suggest people
I would suggest people aren't bidding for 1 of 2 reasons:
1 - The majority of searches are non-commercial, and there is no profit to be made (most likely if it's a popular book)
2 - You've just uncovered a red-hot niche (unlikely if it's a popular book).

The Obvious Answer Would be
google considers this keyword irelevant...bidding starts at $5 to $10 I have seen that in the past..Try it see what happens!
