Whats a good click through rate?

I am wondering what a good CTR average is that will get you a good quality score on ysm or google. I am also wondering if anyone has any experiences of how much there keyword bid prices have dropped as QS goes up?
for example a $1.00 bid goes down to .95 for the same position rank. Thanks

Not to confuse you more, but the answer to your question is also heavily affected by what other advertisers are willing to bid(pay).
