You can't request more than 20 challenges without solving them... Hu?

I keep getting this box above the fold that says:

You can't request more than 20 challenges without solving them. Your previous challenges were flushed.

Then I refresh or move on, and it goes away.
I'm clueless here.

Anyone know what it means?

Hmmm... Sounds like a Captcha issue. Try clearing your cache and see if that clears it up.
