My First $100 Day!

Just wanted to share a small success... I hit my first $100 day yesterday. This is my 3rd month in affiliate marketing and I finally hit a $100+ day.

@ Ken: Thanks. I joined the community here about a month ago. I've owned Jeremy's ebook for quite some time, but I just never applied/did anything with the info. Additionally, I've been following Amit and a few other bloggers so I guess I'm a student of a few different people. :) I finally got started in affiliate marketing in February of this year.

I actually hit $100+/day for 3 straight days then the campaign went dead! Same amount of clicks and clicks from my landing page to the offer, but no more conversions. I'm working to get it back on track and I got a little life out of the campaign today.
I went from "yeah, I'm beginning to figure this affiliate marketing thing out" -to- "what in hades is going on here?!" :)

Congrats on the success and keep moving forward - you've proven you can do this! Also - if you have 3-5 campaigns going at once rather than soley focusing on one then the bite may be a little softer if one campaign goes sour.
PS - I had an $80 day this past week from organic traffic. I realize ebay has recently had a lot of negative attention in the affiliate division but I can vouch they are not a wash. I don't advertise automobiles but someone decided to purchase a vintage collector automobile after going through a link of mine they found online. The auto was $29K and my commission was 50% of ebay's generated revenue from the sale. Best thing is of course - I did not spend a penny for this sale. Something like this also occured a few months ago as well when someone purchased a Rolex through a non Rolex related link. Obviously these two examples were unexpected blessings and not the norm - ppc is definitely a more precise method of AM - but be sure not to overlook SEO as you create links.
