Links for CJ not working?

Hi Guys,

I have a beginner question.

I created a new site and as links to CJ programs I only use the http URL part and omit the image part of the link. This is done to ease the updates operation (update often) and improve speed by not having to load the images every time.

I once called CJ to get some support and in fact one of their guys told me to use this method stating it will work and will only eliminate the impressions count.

Do you have any experience with this method/practice? My problem is that I had no sales from CJ only clicks (I did have sales from both Linkshare and Performics using the same method).

Can you help with suggestions?
