99 Designs make full websites?

Hey everyone, first i just wanted to say thank God so much for this course thanks to
Jeremy as well for all of his hard work ;)
I have 2 problems i need help with,
first, when you need a website designed on 99Designs.com, do the build every
page like, home page, review page, about us, contact us etc. Then, if they do build everything,
is it that you get the website and then you fill in the content or what?
Second, is their a way to join, CJ and Linkshare if you don't already have a website?
I tried but the application asks for a website and i'm still working on that.
Thanks in advanced and wishing you all the best of success.

I can attempt to help you out with this.
I haven't used 99 designs service, but the service is likely similar to most any service of this type. They will build what ever you specify that you want built. Just a one page landing page or a full website (obviously the 2nd will cost more). As for content, this can be done three ways that I can think of. One, you provide the content to them and they build it in as part of the job, two, they design the page(s) and leave fields blank for your content, which you add on your own, or three, you pay extra to the designer or a writer to develop your content.
There are some merchants that will accept you without a site, but many of the merchants on those networks are rather fussy when approving affiliates. A idea Jeremy presented, contact the merchant and explain your intention, is one I have used to get approval (when initially denied) and this does work. However, it might be best to get your site built and launched before approaching those networks. Your success with being approved will be much higher if you have a website already live. There are other networks that are very easy to get approval, such as click bank. I put together a list of some on Squidoo http://www.squidoo.com/Affiliate-Network-List-Directory
I will share a couple other good sights too, I think one of these came from Jeremy;
