How "mini" of a site will Google object to?

Several times in this session I heard that "mini sites" are being punished by Google.

How successful will I be building good content sites using Smart Money Websites http://www.smartmoneywebsites.com ?

I had signed up with SMW a while ago and have never put up a site there.

The SMW web site builder documentation does not talk about building contact us, privacy, support/help, search, sitemap, blog or forum pages, nor does it support Wordpress.

I've never heard of Smart Money Websites. The site seems a little scammy to me (based on first impressions).

Re: mini-sites - the issue isn't the site builder, it's your content. It doesn't matter how you create the content, the important point is that you have unique + value added content. Smart Money Websites and other website editors don't help you write good content, they help you publish it.

Does that make more sense?
