Net nutrality

Would anyone like to comment on this topic? I hear that ISPs can hyjack your banner ads and replace them with there own. I was talking to a systems engineer about this topic and he is working on a program to validate a page to make sure your ad is what is served up.

The only way that you can be sure your content and ads are not hyjacked is using a secure server, according to him. As he is well versed in computers and security I have a tendency to believe him.

When I searched on the subject, there are sites that offer information on bills before the gov. I think that anybody wanting a net that they can turn a profit with, should be concerned about the traffic they spend money to get. Please write your congressmen so they can vote to keep the net free of these bad practices, don't let law say that theft is OK on the net.
