Does having Paid Post from a site like ReviewMe.com decrease your Page Rank for your blog? I haven't seen this happen but am fairly new to paid posts and do not want to be negatively affected.

I know paid posts from sites like PayPerPost can be detrimental to your ranking if they don't use "no-follow". Check out some of these resources for more comprehensive info on the subject:
It used to work great a year ago. I would not buy or pay for article reviews or text links. You'll eventually get penalized from Google. You got to find a more creative way to do reviews or buy them from others. Depending on the authority of your site you can get a few hundred dollars per "review." Look at a guy like Shoemoney, he gets over $1000 sometimes for mentioning a product on his blog. ex: http://www.shoemoney.com/2008/05/02/whitesmoke-write-better-right-now/
he even says it's paid and he nofollowed the links yet he still gets that much for it.

In other words, if you use a service like Review Me - add a "no-follow" tag and don't expect a direct increase in search rankings.
Buying a link from Review Me or other paid service should be considered advertising. It can improve your traffic, but not your natural rankings.
