Updates With Datafeeds

I have developed a site where I'm using dynamic content, but I'm wondering if there is an easy way with data feeds to do updates. Lately what I've been doing is just double checking my prices and then updating the database. Does anyone know of a better way to do updates, perhaps using datafeeds?

There are a few different ways to automate datafeeds:

1 - Custom script
2 - Use a program like RoboTask - http://www.robotask.com/
3 - If the merchant offers RSS you can use a script like MagPie - http://magpierss.sourceforge.net/ to automatically update your content.
