If you've found the Google keywords tool, then you have the best free (and some would argue best regardless of cost) keyword tool available.

Free Keword Tools

I know you posted 3 weeks ago AND I'd like to know what you've found.

The results from Google keywords tool has improved dramatically over the past year.

Microsoft has just added an Advertising Intelligence module for Excel 2007 that's kinda neat.

Also try their Microsoft adCenter functionality

You can also try the free trial periods the keyword tools offer. Be careful about getting the one-time payment tools, they tend to be keyword aggregators. In that case you're better off with the two mentioned above.

- WordTracker is the industry pallbearer
- Someone will be by shortly to tell you about 'their experience' with KeywordSpy
- AdGooroo is good
- iSpionage is good

My KeywordSpy Experience

Yeah sure, I'm here to tell about my experience with KeywordSpy, and positively, it's good for a lifetime free trial is beneficial enough to have an idea of your competitors and the keywords they are using. As the cliche goes, free is always good, especially if its for a lifetime. I think no other Spy can beat that. :-)

Nothing beats KeywordSpy

I used their free trial a few times until i finally believed how amazing this tool could be. I'm now a subscriber. I strongly recommend this site www.keywordspy.com.

If you want REAL keyword research, trust only KeywordSpy. I've tried the others and they were no good. Seriously.

Hmmm...seems to be a few

Hmmm...seems to be a few shareholders of KeywordSpy lurking around the forum these days. Or maybe just one shareholder under several aliases...
