Live person at CJ

This may be a stupid question, but has anyone ever talked to a live person at CJ ? I'm not putting them down, they were my first affiliate check. I've never seen a phone number.
They answer emails but all my other companies have a phone and you're talking away.

I've watched the videos but I've literally had to teach myself how to use their system and find out what things mean, how to do reports, etc. I'm sure their site has features I'm not even aware of at this point.

Jeremy, how about a webinar on how to use CJ...I would be front row center.. :)

They do exist!

When you use the CJ contact form you will get a reply that will contain a phone number that you can call to follow up on your question(s).

I have only had to call them once. Their online support is very good in comparison to other major companies.

Surely you could fit in a quick 10 part series of tutorials. I'm sure you'd have time in addition to running QYDJ and tBIP, answering forum posts, giving webinars, maintaining 100+ existing sites, creating new sites, developing and supporting OMS, reading industry blogs and feeds, and last but not least, twittering ;)
