How wide is wide?

I'm working on a campaign for the foreclosure market. After listening to the PPC Mastery session, I went wide and stumbled upon some of the following words:
HUD Auction
Real Estate Short Sale
Deed in lieu of foreclosure
Cheap Homes
discount homes
cheap homes to buy
I have about a dozen others.
Is this wide enough? Is there a good rule-of-thumb on the number of words you should go wide?
