Video Format

Hey, I noticed that you've stopped putting videos up in a .mov format for Macs. I tried running the .wmv format in both Flip4Mac, as well as VideoLanClient, but there's no audio (for session 11+). Is there anything that can be done?

Thank you

Hi JMonarch -

Black Ink member (Darren Gill) is doing the file conversion for free in his spare time.

Unfortunately he's been very busy with other commitments this past week. He has uploaded sessions 11, 12, and 13. Sessions 14 and 15 should be posted soon.

Converting the files from one format to another is very time consuming, and I'm extremely grateful that Darren has offered to do it.

Best,

Jeremy

I understand completely, a conversion of a 90 minute video file can take several hours, and thank you for addressing the question. I see that the new ones are posted, thank you very much for everything

I use video format mainly for conversion to audio (mp3, about 10mb/session). Then I'm listening to it and at the same time watching pdf-files on my ebook reader. It may be done on any computer, of course. I can send mp3-files to Jeremy or somebody else after Jeremy's permission.

Hi guys sorry for the delays in the conversions as Jeremy said it takes quite some time to convert as I first have to screen capture the stream from web ex then the conversion to mov with the interweaving of the audio though automated takes a long time as I want the quality to be high. As Jeremy indicatd life has thrown a few twists my way over the last couple of weeks so I am not able to get the files converted as fast as I wish I could. This coming weeks files may take me a couple of weeks to get them all converted but rest assured they will be done.

Darren
