Link Cloaking Anyone?

Submitted by yweic on Tue, 06/17/2008 - 00:03.
do we have a PHP coder in the Black ink that could create a YouTube Video tutorial to explain for everyone (including myself) a White hat PHP link cloaking method ?
(since Jermey's Video is not working).
please include the code in a downloadable text file with examples in the file since i had myself a hard time understanding for example where does the [keyword] comes from (by me, by the search engine...?)
That would be appreciated by myself and many other 'PHP Impaired' Affiliates ;)
Thanks in advance,

A few interesting Tricks with PHP
Thanks kensav,
I actually found Jeremy's Video Tutorial on Link cloaking on Google Video through a link in this forum but it has a very low resolution- still it did the job.
For all of you that are puzzled with PHP redirect i suggest you to look at this forum copy paste the things that you find from the community into a word file then fliter it, so you wont get all the non relevant comments. that way youll be able to look at the code or suggestions quickly without scanning 30 pages on the forum.
as for all of you intermediate PHP guys out there, i have found an interesting video tutorial that might interest you regarding modification and dynamic keywords.

Thanks yweic!
Thanks for the link! Thats a great site.
I have been trying, again, to understand this completely. Clickbank has a easy html script, but I think I prefer the Php as well.
I want to be able to cloak my links, but also be able to track traffic. I have been using a free link cloaker, http://offto.net/rqb0ww/ by Jon Leger for quite some time.
It has worked well for tracking my efforts. But I am finding that I would like a bit more specific data.
I have heard of some webmaster tools for this purpose but I just can't seem to recall what they were called. I know there are a few online ones. I have also heard of some that can be hosted on my own domain.
Can anyone suggest a good source for free (or low cost) site stat tracking?
Thanks again for the Link,
Jeromy
