Editing site built by a designer

Hi
This may be a silly question but if I go to 99designs or post a project on elance for a designer to build my landing page/mini-site, what is the best way to product to use to edit my content/affiliate links after they have finished? I have used XSite Pro in the past, but it can be very limited in its design and template capabilities. Do I have to learn Dreamweaver or Drupal in order to do this?

That all depends.
If you are doing simply text changes you can do that in a simply text editor. If you are doing more complex changes like adding images or changing the layout then you will need a GUI editor like Dream Weaver.
There are a bunch of free GUI editors that "can get the job done" but they don't have the features and flexibility of Dream Weaver.
Go to download.com and type "html editor"
Hope that helps.
