Site Analytics Software

I am not sure what category to post this......in addtion to PPC analytics, I want to have site analytics that I can download. I am starting new sites with Bluehost and they utilizte webalizer and Astats. Both are graphical and don't seem to have a download to excel capability. Can you recommend software other than Google analytics that I can put on the account that will track all of my pages, hits, visitors, referrers, etc and will allow me to download the reports. I have found that with Google analytics you have to put the code on every single page of your site to track all of it. I was using Nettracker with a previous site but they have discontinued their package.

I've been very happy with the paid version of Extreme Tracker http://extremetracking.com. I'm not sure if you can download to Excel, but I'd be surprised if you can't. I use this daily to find new keywords, negative keywords and Yahoo Search Network URLs to block. I think I paid about $50 for the year.
