WMV download link doesn't work

The WMV link isn't working. All it gives is a 1K download.

Looks like the link was removed. At one point last night the session 19 WMV link was in place and when I did a download of it, there was just a download of a small file that didn't work. Since it has been removed this message can be ignored.
