Well, since this offer is shot

Let me have it, tear it apart and tell what could be better.
magiJack Landing Page
It did seem to convert well and I didn't get to ad some things that I wanted to such as footer links, a couple of reviews below the fold, etc.
One thing is for certain, it was WAY better than the merchants crap LP, you can click through to see it. LOL
Since I wasn't promoting it through Google, I decide to make it resemble the merchants sit.

When I click on the the "try it free today button" I get the following:
Not Found
The requested URL /jump.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Make the video smaller as I think it takes up too much space.
-Put the "try it free today button" below the video.
-Also change the orange text to a different color because it takes my attention away from the "try it free today button".
-Change the blue text to black and reserve the blue for links.
I hope this helps.
Re-uploaded the jump script
Re-uploaded the jump script for got about that, sorry.. Thanks for the input and the url is

Good start
Brian,
I like the foundation of the site but here are a few suggestions....
1- Your right table is crowding into your left table. At least in Firefox.
2- You should add at the minimum "Contact" and "FAQ" and maybe "Testimonials" links.
3- I feel the the "100% RISK FREE 30 DAY TRIAL!!" would be better suited at the bottom of the page. It overwhelms the top of the page.
4- Your TRY IT FREE TODAY button looks to crowded. You need to increase the margins of the button.
5- You should include some of the images from the vendors web site....http://www.magicjack.com/4/index.asp
I like the 1, 2, 3 images off of the vendors site.
6- You should add the PC Editors choice award to your site.
7- Your landing page logo is simple, but maybe to simple??
8- Add an email newsletter sign up form to your site. You want to collect those leads. Maybe offer some tips on reducing their phone bills or a comparison of magicjack with Vonage and skype for signing up.
Hope this helps....
Dan

Hi Brian Dan had some good
Hi Brian
Dan had some good suggestions, and the point he made about your left and right table crowding each other in FireFox is correct.
It looks perfect in IE7 by the way.
This crap still drives me crazy!
I use DW-CS3 and now have several browsers downloaded to my pc so I can take advantage of the "check in browser feature" dreamweaver offers.
That being said, I thought I was slick, had my basic design laid out, looking cool in five major browsers, I then go to a buddies house to show it off to him on his 25 in widescreen browser, and AAAGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!
The most gawd awful things were happening to my div's, text, image alignment, etc!
One of these days I'll hopefully get this all figured out.
Till then, this link helps - http://browsershots.org/
I don't know, or care exactly how they do it, but you just check some options, paste in your url, and in several minutes, your site pops up as it would appear in various browsers and monitors.
And by the way, so far so good on your site! Similar to the merchant site to give the viewer a comfortable transition from yours to theirs, yet unique and added content to not be a ripoff.
That's my 2 cents...good luck.
Barry
Thanks for the link.
Thanks for the link.
thanks for the input guys..
@Dan
1. Yeah, but it looked good in I.E. so I kept it for the time being...
2. Yeah, as I said, I rushed to get something up, was going to "adjust" it later.
4. also was going to make another 1
5. probably not a good idea unless you CHECK with the merchant to be sure it's allowed... definitely not allowed with this one, see below for how I know.
6. Check very bottom of the magicJack site for "PC Magazine Editor's Choice Award Logo is a registered trademark of Ziff Davis Publishing Holdings Inc. Used under license."
Again you don't want me to do that do you :-P
8. after I was told no PPC I was going to do an email capture and a guide or video on how to hook this POS up to work all phones in the house, after I tried it on my own of course, but that went out the window after I was told I had to remove the offer from my site.
I appreciate the rest of the input man, thanks for taking the time to look at it and offer your suggestions.
@ Barry yeah it does suck, I wish Microsoft would die!! :)
Update on this offer being shot, and Dan I want to caution you because you gave some suggestions on using copyrighted/trademarked things on my page, as long as the merchant allows it it is fine but you better be REALLY sure. I will be on the phone with magicJack's legal dept. tomorrow discussing my trademark infringement. :) This ought to be fun....
