I wanted to hear a bit more about making contest with prizes as a way to advance "stickyness"

This is not about giving incentive for buying a product, but contests that relate to the product being sold.

like, if i sell prducts for dogs I can so "the best looking dog" contest or something.

Legaly, anyone knows if i need to do something before i give people gifts and declare them "winners", is there a template disclaimer fot that purpose?

Is there something i need to do if the voters are surfers at home?

This seem like a nice way to promote traffic, and i wonder if anyone has experience in that field.

BTW, I'm not from the US if that's relevant to the issue.
