The BIP 2.0 - Questions for Jeremy Palmer

Dear Jeremy,

I have the following questions for signing up the BIP 2.0.

1) WebEx MeetMeNow: It requires credit card info which I will have no problem. But in order to confirm my registration to the BIP 2.0, I must sign-up and send you the receipt for the 14-days trial. Problem is, I don't have time to use the trial period now. Can I sign-up for the trial now and use it at a later time?

2) Optimize My Site software and product key: Can I install and use it on multi instead of just one computer?

I just wanted to let others know that WebEx charged my credit card even though I had cancelled the free trial well within the trial period and had a confirmed cancellation. I was very surprised that a company owned by Cisco made such a bad customer service error. I didn't even get an apology - just a cursory notice saying I would get a refund in 7-10 days!!!

If this happened to me after signing up through BIP - think how damaging this could be to an affiliate trying to promote the product!.
