Accessing Links on CJ

I have been struggling with the CJ website the past few days. Today (July 4th) the site is much faster than it has been the past few days but I still can't access the HTML for my web links. I click on the hyperlink that says "Get HTML" and I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message. I back up and the screen says I input an invalid username or password. So I reinput it and it takes me back to my home page where I originally began.
Is anyone else having a similar experience? Do I have settings that need to be changed on my computer to access the links?

Make sure you are positively
Make sure you are positively logged in properly to your account by going through the normal log in process, then click on "get links"
Then on that page, to the right, click on "by relationship"
This page shows all the merchants you are set up with to promote and receive links from.
If no merchants show up, you may have not been approved yet.
If your merchants do show up, to the far right of your banner or text choices is your option to click on java or html to receive your Link with your ID. (This happens in another window that opens)
This process worked fine for me just before I wrote this, so if it won't work for you, CJ does have a help section and will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

The thing I can't figure out is that I have never had this problem before and I have had previous sales with this vendor.
I have tried to email CJ and but when I click on "compose", nothing happens. So there is no way for me to contact CJ either.
The only thing I can think of that is different since it last worked is AVG 7.5 security software. Could that disable functions on CJ.

New CJ Account Manager System
I called Publisher Support and they have installed a new CJ Account Manager System and are still experiencing a few bugs including the one I mentioned above. They think they will have things worked out in a couple of days.
