In my opinion Google Docs is one of the most valuable collaboration tools on the market. It's not as powerful as Microsoft Office, but it gets the job done. And you can't really complain about the price either...

I've found Google Docs to be an excellent alternative to the overly complex project management software products available. The monetary price is great, can't argue there but we have to pay by giving the big G our online lives!

I have been using Google Docs now for months and love it. I can't remember the last time I used MS Word or MS Excel.
