Is there some sort of Technical support Forum for OMS?

I've been waiting for a reply on a techincal issue, but it's taking a long time, Maybe there's a forum somewhere i missed that can help me out if technical issue depatment is too swamped?

Maybe get help from other users with same problem or something

It kinda delays all my campaign, so any help will be highly appriciated.

It's about exporting the Data from OMS (the new links created) back to the AdWords editor.

AdWords keeps ingnoring my records, reason being they are "Duplicate or existing" AdGroups.

I tried checking the "replace all data" box on the bottom, but It did'nt really help either, So i'm kind of lost as to what I'm supposed to do next.

It does'nt even let me press the "finish" button on the Import process, just saying "ignored records" and Halts there.

What you need to do is to

What you need to do is to copy the links from OMS and then do the following in Adwords Editor.

Step 1: Click the keywords tab in Adwords Editor and select add/update multiple keywords.

Step 2: In the add/update multiple keywords box check the radio button under destination that says "My keyword information below contains columns for both campaign and ad group names"

Step 3: Paste Your Keyword Tracking URLs from OMS and select next and then finish.

That should work for you. You do not need to check "replace entire content" as Adwords Editor will automatically update your destination url's with your new tracking url's.

Thing is that's exactlly what I'm doing, and I keep getting all my data ignored by Adwords

It seems it's working suddenlly. I have no idea what's different now, but suddenlly it's imported all the links ocrrectlly.

Will remain a mystery for me I suppose...

You seem to have some experience with OMS.

When I upload a campaign in csv format that I exported from adwords editor, OMS shows that it received the campaign but when I go to check it out under the campaigns tab , there is nothing there.

Any ideas on what I'm neglecting to do?

That's exactlly what happened to me, It was beause my campaign was on "pause" status

OMS probablly ignored "paused" campaign, so what you want to do is try to "resume" your campaign in Adwords, only then export it, and import to OMS

(just make sure after you "resume" the campaign you don't accidentlly update it to live also :)
