Hello from England

Hi all,

My name is Neill and I'm from the small market town of Rugby in England. I have been interested in computers as a hobby since the early 80s (yes, I really am that old!!!), and in 1999 I set up my own website at www.yourspersonally.co.uk This was (and still is) a part time seasonal business which makes enough money to replace my car and take the family on the occassional holiday. I am self taught in all areas of e-trading and have a little bit of knowledge in a lot of areas, but I am no expert in any one area. I do enjoy SEO and I am proud that my website is on page one of Google (and position one nearer Christmas) for the two main keywords of my niche.

I now want to move away from being a merchant and become an affiliate marketeer. I am fortunate enough to have just enough financial support (and family support) to dedicate myself 24/7 for the next six months to learn affiliate marketing, and to start earning some money.

I know I am coming into Blank Ink late and I know I have a long way to go before realising my ambition. I also know I will be knocking on the door of this forum for help in the future, particularly with PPC issues.

By the way, I stayed up last night for the live Q&A video session with Jeremy - an excellent hour, thak you.
