Yahoo Upload CSV File

I was trying to get a campaign uploaded to Yahoo Search as I have a CSV File. It's funny, in Yahoo help they tell you all about how to do it, but I don't see the upload tab they talk about. After emailing Yahoo I find out why. Here is what they said:

"Hello Michael,

Thank you for your email regarding your Yahoo! Search Marketing account. The spend level to be eligible for the import feature at this time is $200.00 a month verifiable for 3 months consecutively. This spend will put this account in a high Gold level account status. There are other benefits to being a Gold level advertiser such as a faster turnaround time for any issues you may have with your account, full analytics, plus many more.

As a one time courtesy we can upload your Google spreadsheet into your Search Marketing account. Please reply to this email with your spreadsheet attached as a .CSV file and saved as Unicode text. Once we receive your response we will email you as confirmation that your spreadsheet has been added to the account."

Hope this helps anyone running into this issue. Now the nex question is "Does anyone know how to upgrade now instead of waiting the 3 months?
