co-branded landing page

Hi,

One of my merchant offered me a co-branded landing page. Currently I don’t promoting their site, but I will be happy to start to. I’m usually do direct linking, therefore I'm not familiar with theses kind of sites.

What are the advantages for co-branded landing pages? should I do it?
