Duplicate Word Filter for Keyword Lists

I am developing lists of keywords by copying and pasting into a spreadsheet. As I find words, I want to pull out duplicate long tail words from the list. Is there free software that someone has used that will go through a page and highlight it for you?

Write a simple php script to do it.

If you are looking to de-dupe your current list then put it into a text file and then use EditPLus (free trial) at editplus.com and there is a de-duplicate tool in there that I use.

Helps when you have 100,000's of keywords (or email addresses LOL) that you want to be sure you're using only once.
