Adding value to a data feed

Hi,

I understand its important to add value to a data feed if you're going to put outgoing links to your merchant otherwise SE will slap you for the duplicate content and extensive outbound links. But how does the SE recognize you're adding value to the data feed ?

I setted up an extensive data feed of movies available to rent online with affiliate links for each entries. I added some scripts that allows the users to rate and comment each entries as well as a search bar and navigation tool. It creates some sort of user experience but the same fonctions can be found on the merchant's site.

Would the SE considered that as added value?

If not do you have ideas on how to add value to such a feed ?

How does a SE define added value ?
