Help needed from SEO experts

I am not sure how to address this question. For one of my site I am using statcounter.com. This site is quite old and I did not pay much attention to it. But today I looked some stats up and to my surprise there have been great deal of activity. It's an Amazon site.

Anyway I have this IP adress that I am trying tind out more information:
209.131.61.1

This "visitor" has been sitting at my website for 22 hours. It is identified as nat1.burbank.corp.yahoo.com. Is it a yahoo crwaler? It spends approximately 2 minutes at each page.

I am not sure what to make out of this. If this is a crawler I would not want to block it. But I would not wnat some one to steal my idea as well. Any one can set me straight? Thanks in advance.
