Have you tried contacting linkshare directly? They probably will be able to help you through this issue.

LinkShare has been a little unstable in recent weeks. Especially, the new Synergy Analytics.

Hi Jeremy

I appreciate your ebook, and help sir. I am statring to market a few affiliates, and have found a glitch with linkshare. I can link the banners, and hypertext links, but have found that nortons firewall blocks them, and they don't show up? I know its nortons firewall because if I view my website I can see the banners, and hyperlinks! But if I turn on my nortons firewall, and refresh you can't see them...

Perhaps Millions of people use nortons, and nortons firewall blocks ads on its normal settings too!

Yeah I am working on talking to linkshare but tech support has been busy up to this point, and I can only leave a message....

Jeremy do you have any tips, and do you think that script you did a video about would help mask the link, url cookies from showing up from linkshare, and nortons couldn't block the banner, and hyperlinks? Trying to remember the name of the script? maybe css or something like that?

not sure why linkshare makes affiliates use such complex affilate links?

Thanks for your help sir, and thanks to anybody else who might have some tips.....

I joined Linkshare a while back and I can't access my account there. I called directly and they sent a long page of disable this and shut off that instructions by email.

I did them all and still couldn't get through. When I contacted them about it, guess what? They sent another list of instructions.

If I apply again to Linkshare from an outside computer, would that fix the problem?

I'm not sure if that will fix the problem or not. You may want to try calling them if that doesn't work - 888 742 7389. There should be an option for support off of this #.

Best,

Jeremy
