Here is my experience trying to advertise my affiliate program using kontera and adbrite. For kontera, they will arrange a sales person to handle your campaign, and the sales person told me the minimum budget is $1000. I said I cannot afford that, I can only afford maybe $5 a day, the sales person ask me to wait another 2-3 month until their "similar to google adword engine" is ready.
For adbrite, I submit the advertising application, and I have waited for 14 days without any reply......their customer support sucks....

We put together a test campaign for 7search recently. Lots of traffic - 1 conversion which turned out to be fraudulent. Results are thumbs down so far.
how about kontera, adbrite, textlinkad??
I am fairly suspicious of 2nd tier PPCs. I have been hearing from other forums that such PPCs drive lot's of cheap traffic but with bad conversion.
So far, adwords and yahoo work fine for me for conversion. I am trying up MSN.
