How to use Dynamic keyword insertion in MSN ?

I uploaded my keywords .xls file to MSN the other day. And all the keywords and ad are rejected.
I tried to use dynamic keyword insertion but I think I have screwed it up.
I put {param2} in the headline of the ad and put a standard keyword phrase in the {param2} column in the MSN .xls for the all the keywords. I thought the headline will return the standard keyword phrase that I put in in the .xls but apparently I am wrong.
Do anyone know how to do it correctly ? Thanks.

I have double checked and found that it was my mistake. The number of words just exceeded the characters limit. It seemed to be still plenty of space when you looked at the sentence in excel. :)
