A nice little list.

I would add one comment about interlinking your own sites. If you have a couple fo sites on the same topic, I don't think it really hurts.

Good find. I think 90-95% of what they suggest is spot on. However, the biggest hole in the sheet is that they only make little mention of "writing good content", which trumps every other bit of advice on the page ;)
