Linkshare takes forever to pay affiliates. First of all, when the month closes Linkshare allows the advertisers to pay them a net 30 arrangement (this is one month from the close of the previous month), then when linkshare receives this money, the have net 30 to pay the affiliate. So you can end up getting paid 90 days from when the transaction took place. Don't ask me why they do it this way. If an advertiser doesn't pay Linkshare you will never see your money. I wish they made advertisers put money in an escrow account like CJ does.

This is a super old thread- last updated Jan 29, 2007. LinkShare has updated and improved their payment frequency since then.
