Hi
Looks like I might be one of the very few people who use Performics. The merchant was initially on CJ and then moved across so have stuck with them as my merchant still makes me a few £'s/month.
I'm now trying to sort out my tracking and information is pretty scarce on the ground. I have got some info. from Performics in response to a tracking question.
They sent me a 1 Page Word doc entitled Member Tracking. Basically it's another tag on the affiliate string i.e. &mid=
The page didn't give a worked example on how to use and their site is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. So does anyone here know if I can use this '&mid=' in the same way as '&SID=' is used on CJ?
(I have tried to use it the same way but have not seen any stats on the peformics interface so don't want to waste time if I'm not implementing correctly.)

Hi Slainte,
One thing I know about Performics is that their reporting interface is very difficult to navigate and some merchants in their netowrk have delayed reporting/payments. Are you seeing the sales reported without an id, or just no sales?

On the Activity screen I can see my overall Stats for a given day i.e. Visits, Transactions, Transactions Conversion % and an Entry that has hyperlinks called: View Links & View Keywords.
If I click on View Links it shows me the names of all the product that were clicked on from my site and what links resulted in a sale. For example I promote a hair related product and it has several versions of the same model. The View Links shows me how many times a link to a specific Model was clicked on from my website review and how many were bought.
This is useful information as it tells me the most popular products over a period of time and I can 'tweak' my keywords based on this data.
However, when I click on View Keywords, which I assume is where I should be able to pick up the tracking data on keywords from my site all I get is the following message:
No table definition for set table () in file (performance.xml)
Thats pretty much it. I think I've done everything right but without anyone else having done this before so I can see a worked example it's hard to know where I'm going wrong. Still no additional help from performics, although if they do respond I'll post something here in case anyone else has a similar problem.
Any further advice/guidance very much appreciated.

At last. Got to the bottom of my problem. Apparently the Link described in my post 'View Keywords' is nothing to do with what I was looking for. Very strange but true. Apparently it's something to do with another part of the Performics platform. (There are several buttons on the Admin screen which are not affiliate related. The platform must be used for other performics related internet activities.)
Anyway, I've managed to squeeze a report out of the system which now includes my Keyword stats. This is excellent news as activity on my account has been ballistic over the Valentines day period and I'm sure I'm paying too much for non-converting keywords.
For the record, if anyone is planning to use Performics then all you need to do to track Keywords is to place '&MID=' at the end of your affiliate tracking code string i.e. it's the same as CJ except CJ use the '&SID=' variable instead.
